The National Geographic Tree

This red cedar tree was featured in the National Geographic magazine and thus became known as the "National Geographic Tree". It was widely believed to be the largest red cedar in the world at almost 30 meters around. It can be located Just off the main park drive, just past the Hollow Tree down a trail towards the water (about 100 yards).
